Congrats mom-to-be! You just found out that you will be expecting! This virtual 1.5-hour class will go over everything from the common changes you and your baby might go through, warning signs of complications, to key fitness and nutrition tips, and more!

Investment is $50

In just a few short weeks, you will be meeting your sweet baby! During this virtual 6-hour long interactive class, we will discuss all things labor, birth, and postpartum. We will go over the stages of labor, comfort measures, informed decision making, and more!*

Investment is $200

*Sessions can also be broken down into two 3-hour long or three 2-hour long sessions.

You will be holding your bundle of joy very soon! In this virtual 1.5-hour long class, you will receive all the guidance needed to care for your newborn. We will talk through infant communication cues, bathing and dressing, when to call a healthcare provider, and more!
